El Conquistador Resort - Puerto Rico, Fajardo

I had a mix of experiences during my stay at the resort. The room offered stunning views, but the overall service left much to be desired, especially at check-in. The dining options were limited and a bit disappointing, and while the facilities were fun, the lack of organization at the waterpark dampened the experience. This place has potential, but it feels like it needs some serious improvement in customer service and upkeep.
